Care made simple

Planting: Choose a well‑drained spot in full sun to partial shade. Dig a hole twice as wide as the root ball, set the plant at the same depth as in the container, backfill, and water deeply.
Watering: Keep soil consistently moist but not soggy during the first growing season, especially in spring and early summer. After establishment, water during extended dry spells. 
Mulching:  Apply 2–3 inches of organic mulch around the plant, keeping it slightly away from the stems to prevent rot; this conserves moisture and suppresses weeds. 
Feeding: Apply a balanced, slow‑release fertilizer like SR‑18‑5 in spring as new growth emerges for robust foliage and bloom performance. 
Grooming: Remove spent flower heads to keep plants tidy and reduce self‑seeding; trim yellowing foliage as needed.

Orders typically process in 1–3 days, and shipping is timed around extreme heat above 95°F or cold below 34°F to keep your plants safe.

Shipping & peace of mind

Orders placed before Wednesday at 4:00 pm usually ship within 1–3 days; orders after that window ship the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.

Weather holds: If extreme heat or cold threatens plant health, your order may be briefly held at our discretion until it’s safe to ship, ensuring you receive a healthy, viable plant.
