Condition of Sale

After your order is submitted and completed, your credit card will be charged immediately. You agree that your order will be processed and delivered without a signature. The delivery carrier will leave the package(s) unsupervised unless other arrangements are, made by you, with our customer service department ahead of shipping.

Limited Conditional Warranty

We stand behind the quality and vitality of every plant we offer, regardless of how or where you shop with us—online or by phone.

This warranty ensures that our plants arrive in good, healthy condition. If there’s an issue with their condition upon receipt, please notify us, via email @ info@shopplantfactory.com  within 24 hours of delivery or pickup (Central Time), along with 2 or 3 clear supporting photo documentation of the box and plant. Timely communication helps us assess and resolve concerns swiftly.

 Customer Care and Responsibility

Upon delivery, the customer assumes full responsibility and due diligence of care for ensuring the proper care and survival of the plant. Our warranty does not cover damage or decline resulting from inadequate care, neglect, or improper handling.

 Warranty Coverage and Exceptions:

  • Warranty covers only the condition of the plant at the time of receipt of possession, when delivered to your door by the carrier.
  • Minor imperfections—such as small broken branches or leaf discoloration—can occur naturally during transit or handling and are considered cosmetic only, the core of the plant is still viable. These do not affect plant health and are not eligible for replacement.
  • Loose soil or dislodged planting material may occur during transport. Simply return the soil to the container, water thoroughly, and allow the plant to rest a few days before replanting.

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders placed without proper consideration of a plant’s regional suitability or local regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the plants they purchase are not classified as invasive in their area and are appropriate for their USDA hardiness zone. Our product listings include detailed zone and growth habit information to support informed purchasing decisions. Plant Factory Direct is not liable for losses resulting from planting outside of recommended zones or in violation of local environmental restrictions.

If a plant is returned to us for any reason, it must be shipped at the customer’s expense in the original package (our box) and arrive in the same healthy, sellable condition in which it was originally shipped. If plants arrive damaged, stressed, or in poor condition, we will not provide credit. When a return is accepted within our limited warranty terms, a store credit will be issued—no refunds will be provided.

By completing your order, you agree to these terms and assume full responsibility for verifying plant suitability for your location.

Shipping

The Plant Factory, Inc. offers the very best shipping processes to ensure quick, safe, and near-perfect results every time. Cold and heat may deter your order temporality until it is safe to receive and plant your plants/trees in your area. At our discretion, we will hold order till the threat is gone ensuring you with the healthiest- viable product ordered.

   

Summer/Winter Restrictions - Summer above 95 degrees | Winter - Below 34 degrees. We will reach out for the best time to receiver your order by email.  

Cancellations

Once an order is completed, customers must call The Plant Factory, Inc. directly at 251-644-4216 immediately during our business hours Monday - Friday from 9:00 am- 5:00 pm CST. Orders canceled, will charged 10% of the order cancellation fee. Once the order is processed, shipped with a shipping tracking number, it cannot be canceled. Orders cannot be canceled via email.
